New Property Search Feature

Web users who are looking for zoning, general plan, or flood zone information for a particular property may use a new feature on Santa Ana's website - the Property Information search feature. The user can search by address, partial address, or parcel number to find up-to-date information regarding any Santa Ana property. Once the property is found, web users can simply click on the zoning field to discover zoning information and development standards for that zone. This new feature will provide a valuable new service to students, businesses, and residents - all at the click of a mouse.

City of Santa Ana's Newly Adopted Code of Ethics and Conduct

The voters of the City of Santa Ana, at an election held on February 5, 2008, approved an amendment to the City Charter which states: “The City of Santa Ana shall adopt a Code of Ethics and Conduct for elected officials and members of appointed boards, commissions, and committees to assure public confidence in the integrity of local government elected and appointed officials.” Consistent with the vote of the people, the Code of Ethics and Conduct was adopted on June 2, 2008 by the City Council of Santa Ana to ensure effective and fair operation of the local government of the City. “Terra Cotta Warriors: Guardians of China’s First Emperor” Exhibit
May 18th through October 12th at the Bowers Museum.  Considered one of the greatest archaeological finds of the 20th century, the exhibit features thousands of terra cotta warriors that were intended to protect China’s first emperor.  Since their discovery, the Terra Cotta army has been termed the Eighth Wonder of the Ancient World. Free admission is offered on designated days of the month. A California Driver’s License, California Identification Card, or utility bill with picture ID are required as proof of residency.
