Starting on Thursday, February 15, through Friday, February 16, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be a full closure to through traffic on Third Street between Bush and Spurgeon Street. In addition, there will be no parking allowed on Third Street between Spurgeon Street and French Street. The closure and no parking is due to the delivery of construction materials by 47 trucks for the Downtown Flood Reduction and Stormwater Infiltration project.
Access to businesses on Third Street will be maintained at all times. Please use alternate routes or plan for possible delays since this full closure on Third Street will impact traffic flow. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
