MMIP Photo Exhibit and Special Presentation

Indigenous photographer Nicole Merton returns to the SAPL to present her new body of work in her Here, Our Voices photograph collection, a collection that documents those affected by the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People movement. The event will include other presentations pertaining to issues affecting indigenous people and highlight resources available for the communities affected. This event is curated for adult audiences. La fotógrafa indígena Nicole Merton regresa a la biblioteca para presentar las nuevas obras de su colección de fotografías. Su colección nombrada Aquí, Nuestras Voces documenta a ellos afectados por el movimiento de Personas Indígenas Desaparecidas y Asesinadas. El evento incluirá otras presentaciones relacionadas con los asuntos que afectan a los pueblos indígenas y compartirá algunos recursos disponibles para ayudar a las comunidades afectadas.
