The purpose of these guidelines is to provide developers and builders with a general understanding of the procedures and design criteria for new development or re-development projects in the City of Santa Ana.
The Procedural Guide and Design Guidelines are to be used in conjunction with, and as a supplement to, the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City of Santa Ana Standard Plans and Specifications, and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
