Business Resources

  • COVID-19 Small Business Incentive Program Grant -  The City of Santa Ana provides $5,000 grants to businesses with 5 or fewer employees. Income limits apply.

  • Legal Assistance - Public Law Center (PLC)
    The Public Law Center is partnering with Smart Small Think Big to for a Pro Bono Remote Legal Assistance Clinic for Nonprofits and Small Businesses.  Nonprofit organizations and small business owners can get free legal advice on COVID-19 related legal issues, including CARES Act and other government economic relief programs, employment and staffing issues, meeting contractual obligations, insurance coverage and commercial lease matters. 

  • Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (OCIE  SBDC)
    The OCIE SBDC offers free business workshops, consulting services, and resources for businesses including access to grants and loans. 





  • IBank - State of California Disaster Relief Loans - For businesses not eligible for SBA assistance.
    Disaster Relief loans available to small businesses needing assistance to overcome economic injury caused by COVID-19. IBank partners with Financial Development Corporation (FDC) partners throughout the state that assists businesses in securing a 95% guarantee on a bank loan. 


  • California Relief Grant Program - Round 9 Closes September 30th.
    Program funded by the State of California offers grant awards of $5,000 to $25,000.

    Provides information on the different benefits available to workers impacted by Coronavirus and links to apply. Benefit information includes Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave, Unemployment Insurance, Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, California Paid Sick Leave, California COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Lave, Workers Compensation.
