Currently, there are only right turns allowed from Flower Street northbound or southbound onto 17th Street between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition, there are lane reductions at Flower Street and 17th Street. The turn restrictions and lane reductions will be for approximately four weeks in order to accommodate construction work in the area.
Please use alternate routes or plan for possible delays since these turn restrictions and lane reductions will impact traffic flow. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
