Providing access to public records and ensuring transparency at City Hall is an essential element of a democratic government. To make this easier, Clerk of the Council Daisy Gomez has unveiled the City of Santa Ana’s new public records request system through NextRequest, a powered transparency portal for streamlining city public records requests and releasing public records. The NextRequest portal gives the public unprecedented insight into public requests submitted to the City and puts a searchable archive of responsive documents at your fingertips.
The Santa Ana City Council will have its regular meeting tonight, Feb. 16, 2021. The meeting will take place virtually and the public is encouraged to participate via Zoom.
The closed session begins at 5 p.m. and the open meeting is at 5:45 p.m. (immediately following the closed session.)

In response to Governor Newsom’s latest action on COVID-related closures statewide and for counties on the State’s targeted engagement list, the Santa Ana City Council will revert to virtual meetings beginning on July 21, 2020.
