Project description

  • The applicant is proposing to construct a 139-room hotel and a 2,000-square foot restaurant with 142 parking spaces. The approximately 2.6 acre site is currently vacant. A hotel use is not a permitted use in Specific Development No. 8 (SD 8) zoning district, Zone III. An amendment application to the SD 8 zoning district to allow hotel as a Conditionally Permitted Use and a Conditional Use Permit are required.
