Meta Housing is proposing an adaptive reuse project to convert an existing five-story office building to residential units and ground-floor commercial and community space. The project also consists of three new buildings, a courtyard, and new landscaping. A total of 58 residential units and 114 parking spaces are proposed. The project will require a variance from parking standards and is located in the Midtown Specific Plan (SP-3) and is designated General Commercial (GC) by the City's land use element of the General Plan.
