Project Description

The applicant is proposing to construct 11-units (for sale) on an existing underutilized 37,800-square foot lot. The property is located within the Two-Family Residence (R-2) zoning district and has a General Plan land use designation of Low-Density Residential (LR-7). As proposed, the project will require approval of few Variances, a General Plan (map) Amendment, and a tract map by the Planning Commission and City Council.
