The City of Santa Ana Planning Division is dedicated to caring for the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and our community. In an abundance of caution, we have adjusted the way we provide all development related services by exercising healthy distancing and best practices as recommended by the CDC. We appreciate your flexibility and patience during this unprecedented public health crisis. Public counter assistance and services will be handled by appointment only; phone, email, and teleconferencing are also available.

PLAN DROP OFF AREA - Counter Application and Minor Project Submittals
Located adjacent to the City Hall Ross Annex Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and do not require an appointment or a counter visit. Please do not leave payment with these applications. Your applications will be taken in after 48 hours and reviewed for completeness, after which a planner will contact you to arrange payment options.
