Each fiscal year (July 1-June 30), Santa Ana’s neighborhood associations are provided a supply of five large 40-yard roll-off containers, free of charge by Waste Management. The containers are scheduled through the City Neighborhood Initiatives office and delivered on Saturday mornings to encourage residents to dispose of large items and coordinate neighborhood clean-up events. When requesting a container please submit your request a minimum of three weeks in advance. Also note, that only authorized neighborhood leaders may use this form to request containers.
In addition, please note that FREE large item pick-ups for curbside customers are available twice per year, to residents of single family homes and duplexes. You can contact Waste Management at (714) 558-7761 to arrange for this free large item pick-up service.
