test 2

Within 24 hours of your request, you will receive a phone call that the items are available for pick-up. Items requested on Friday will be available for pick-up by 10 a.m. on Monday. Items will be held for 3 business days. Due to high demand, hotspots may take longer than 24 hours to become available. Please wait for us to contact you when a hotspot becomes available.

test 3

Once you are notified the items are ready for pickup, please come to the Main Library and park at the curbside designated areas at the roundabout (pickup is not available at the Newhope Library). The roundabout is by the south entrance of the Library facing the water fountain. You can access the roundabout from Ross Street. Items will be available for pick up Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

test 4

When you arrive, please stay in your car. Let us know you have arrived by calling us at (714) 647-5250.

test 4

A staff member will place the items on the book cart located next to your car.

test 5

Once the staff member has stepped away, please retrieve your items and enjoy!

All items (except for hotspots) are due on July 1, 2020 and can be returned in the book drop at the Main Library or Newhope Library. Due to high demand, hotspots are due in two weeks from the checked out date. By checking out a hotspot, patrons agree to comply with the hotspot lending agreement and will be responsible for any damage, lost, or overdue fees associated with the hotspot.
