The Santa Ana Public Library, in partnership with History Pin (, is proud to lead Memories of Migration, a multi-state effort to document and preserve a record of the diverse stories of contemporary migration. Working with the Institute of Museum, this grant has been made possible by the Library Services IMLS grant.

The Santa Ana Public Library and the Orange County Chapter of Reforma are working together to design a comprehensive program to introduce teens and college-age children of foreign-born parents to librarianship as a career, and provide them with a path to successfully pursue that career.

The program will pursue this goal via two paths. The first path will provide technology-based educational and workforce-preparation,the second path will encourage civic engagement in older young adults.
