In 2020, the Public Works Agency’s Maintenance Services Division responded to over 200,000 service requests of which 55,000 were submitted through the MySantaAna app, thanks to the community’s proactive efforts in reporting graffiti, potholes and other problems directly from their smartphones.
These services include maintaining over 400 miles of streets and 50,000 City trees and removal of 183,000 items of graffiti annually, in addition to performing other vital services such as roadway cleaning, roadway maintenance and street sweeping. The goal of these services is to directly improve the quality of life of Santa Ana residents, businesses and visitors.
During National Public Works Week May 16-22, the City of Santa Ana recognizes the City’s Public Works Maintenance Services Division for providing high-quality maintenance services to the community in a cost efficient and timely manner for a safe and clean public environment. The Maintenance Services team works year-round and proactively addresses service issues daily.
If you see a service issue on City streets or sidewalks, please contact the Public Works by using the mySantaAna mobile App, calling Public Works Agency Dispatch at 714-647-3380 or emailing to PWADispatch@santa-ana.org.
