Legal Assistance - Public Law Center (PLC)
The Public Law Center is partnering with Smart Small Think Big to for a Pro Bono Remote Legal Assistance Clinic for Nonprofits and Small Businesses. Nonprofit organizations and small business owners can get free brief legal advice on COVID-19 related legal issues, including CARES Act and other government economic relief programs, employment and staffing issues, meeting contractual obligations, insurance coverage and commercial lease matters.

IBank - State of California Disaster Relief Loans - For businesses not eligible for SBA assistance.
Disaster Relief loans available to small businesses needing assistance to overcome economic injury caused by COVID-19. IBank partners with Financial Development Corporation (FDC) partners throughout the state that assists businesses in securing a 95% guarantee on a bank loan.
EDD Pandemic Unemployment Assistance
Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) helps unemployed Californians who are not usually eligible for regular Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits including business owners, self-employed workers, independent contractors, and those with a limited work history who are out of business or have significantly reduced their services as a direct result of the pandemic.
