Mandatory Commercial and Multi-family Recycling Reporting Forms

AB 341, effective July 1, 2012, requires all businesses generating four cubic yards or more of waste on a weekly basis, and multi-family properties with five or more units to recycle. If you are a business or multi-family complex in the City, you are required to fill out this AB 341 Recycling Reporting Form to verify your compliance status with AB 341. Mandatory Organics Recycling (AB 1826)

AB 1826 requires businesses to recycle organics starting April 1, 2016. If you are a business or multi-family complex, you are required to fill out an AB 1826 Recycling Reporting Form to verify your compliance status. Please note, multi-family residents and apartments are only required to recycle yard trimmings and landscaping waste.
