Grass-to-Garden application

I, the individual named as “Property Owner” listed above, certify that:

• I am the owner of the property listed above as the project address; and
• I have read, understand and agree to the Grass-to-Garden Terms and Conditions; and
• I agree to waive, release, relinquish and discharge the City of Santa Ana, its officials and employees from all liability, loss, claims, demands, causes of action, and damage arising out of my participation in this Program.
• I give the City of Santa Ana the right to use the design of the G2G landscaped area as well as descriptions of it, and before- and after-photos and videos of it, for the purpose of promoting drought tolerant landscapes. This promotion could be in the form of videos, print, web, and/or other venues.
• The information on this application is true and correct.
