On Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a full closure to through traffic on Flower Street between Civic Center Drive and 17th Street. The closure is for the clock tower unveiling ceremony at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Flower and 15th streets. All are welcome to attend the ceremony.
Access to residences on Flower Street will be maintained at all times. Please use alternate routes or plan for possible delays since this full closure on Flower Street will impact traffic flow. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
