Surplus items may include, but are not limited to: vehicles, office furniture and machines, computers, and other miscellaneous goods. Auctioned vehicles may include street sweepers, crane trucks, fire trucks, paramedic vans, and any other type of specialty equipment.

Who can bid on the surplus items?

Any registered bidder over 18 years of age may bid at the auction.

When can I see the surplus items auctions?

Bidders may view the items online the date of the scheduled auction.

If I want to bid on a vehicle, can I drive it before I bid on it?

No. Due to insurance regulations, bidders are not permitted to drive the vehicles.

Can I get a refund or exchange on the bid item?

No. All items are sold as is. All sales are final.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Certified Funds (money orders, wire transfers, cashiers and traveler’s checks).

Personal or Company Checks – Valid driver’s license is required.

Credit and Debit Cards - Note: Credit and debit cards can be used for purchases up to $10,000 per customer per sale.

How do I register to bid?

Bidders must register online at . All bidders must be over 18.

Does it cost me anything to register?

There is no fee to register. However, there is a buyer premium, which is 15% of the selling price of the item.

What are the requirements if I win the bid?

For all auctions, payment is required the same day. Items purchased must be removed by appointment only by contacting the personnel/location specified on the hauler slip.

Can I phone in to bid?

Phone bids are not accepted.
