The City of Santa Ana recognizes there are many questions and uncertainties about the continually changing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. Here are some important phone numbers, websites and resources to help you get answers.


  • MEDICAL QUESTIONS: OC Health Care Agency hotline for medical or health information inquiries: 1-800-564-8448. Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.
  • NON-MEDICAL QUESTIONS: Orange County public information hotline for non-medical questions: (714) 628-7085. Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.
  • TEXT UPDATES: Receive updates and resources from Orange County Emergency Operations Center relating to COVID-19 in Orange County on mobile phones by texting OCCOVID19 to 888777.
  • SHUT-DOWN VIOLATIONS: OC Health Care Agency referral line to report any health care-regulated businesses (food service, restaurants, bars, etc.) that are not complying with the Governor’s shut-down order: 714-433-6000
  • SCAM HOTLINE: Orange County District Attorney Coronavirus Scam Hotline to report price gouging of more than 10% or COVID-19 scams: (714) 834-3482. Reports can also be emailed to reportascam@da.ocgov.com. More information at www.orangecountyda.org
