Background and Experience
Ms. Storck presently serves as Assistant City Attorney in the General Counsel Group. She serves as counsel for the Finance Department and Planning and Building Agency, and is advisory counsel for the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator, and Historic Resources Commission, among other tasks.
She advises clients on various legal issues such as the Public Records Act and the Brown Act, and prepares legal opinions and transactional documents including leases, loan documents, cooperative agreements, contracts, resolutions and ordinances. In addition, she shares responsibility with the other attorneys in the office for Public Records Act requests and subpoenas.
Prior to working with the General Counsel Group, Ms. Storck served as the prosecutor for Santa Ana municipal code violations for five years.

Ms. Storck is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
Education
Ms. Storck received her J.D. with honors from Western State University College of Law in 1990. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with honors from California State University at Fullerton in 1987.
