The ESG program provides funding to non-profits to offer services to individuals experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of losing their housing due to eviction, foreclosure, or utility shutoffs.

Homelessness is a complex issue that requires everyone's attention. Our community has the need to understand the many root causes of homelessness and what is being done to address the issue. The City, along with our numerous partners is doing our part to ensure that homelessness is addressed on behalf of our residents and community.

Who Can I Call?

211OC is a social services resource for people who are in need of help, including, but not limited to food resources, rental and utility assistance, free transportation, a place to sleep, and mental health services, and more.
