A claim may be filed against
the City of Santa Ana when the
actions of the City or City
employees, during the course
of their employment, result
in injury or damages. Claims
must be submitted to the City
of Santa Ana Clerk of the Council
office by mail or in person
within six months of the incident
(see California Government Code
Section 911.2 for more information).
