AMG proposes to construct a mixed-use development with 694 affordable residential units and 9,700 sq. ft. of commercial space on a 6.89-acre site. The project would also include approximately 70,000 square feet of open space areas in courtyards and community rooms. The site currently contains a strip mall and auto related commercial uses that will be demolished as part of the project. The project requires approval of a density bonus agreement (DBA), Planning Commission Site Plan Review (SPR), and an inclusionary housing agreement.
