AMG & Associates proposes to construct a mixed-use development with 552 affordable residential units and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space on a 6.89-acre site. The site currently contains a strip mall and auto related commercial uses that will be demolished as part of the project. The project requires approval of a density bonus agreement (DBA), Planning Commission Site Plan Review (SPR), and an inclusionary housing agreement.

On June 4, 2018, the Planning Commission approved the project's Site Plan Review (No. 2017-02) application. The Density Bonus Agreement requires City Council approval at a future date.
