The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency budget in FY 07-08 is $14,816,020. The Agency has 110 full-time employees and during the summer has as many as 196 part-time employees.

The Agency is composed of five Divisions: Santa Ana Zoo, Park Services, Recreation Services, Administrative Services, and Community Affairs. Each Division is headed by a manager who reports to the Executive Director.
