If you are SHUT-IN, don't feel SHUT-OUT — let the Santa Ana Public Library come to you!

The all-volunteer Service to Shut-Ins at the Santa Ana Public Library offers a free monthly delivery and pick-up of library materials to homebound Santa Ana residents. If you are permanently confined to your home in Santa Ana, you may be eligible for Service to Shut-Ins.

Shut-in Volunteers Needed!

The Service to Shut-Ins is looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to deliver books to homebound patrons once a month on a regular schedule.

Contact the Service to Shut-Ins office if you are:

• 18 years of age or over
  
• have a valid driver's license
  
• proof of insurance
  
• a car that can be used for deliveries
  
• are looking for a rewarding experience

The Service to Shut-Ins also needs volunteers who can select books for delivery to homebound patrons or can perform clerical tasks.
