Currently, we function as a participating agent within the Orange County Environmental Health Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA). The environmental program is split in two sections, Hazardous Materials Disclosure and the Underground Storage Tanks (UST). These sections assist businesses with their legal obligations to comply with hazardous materials regulations, as well as provide valuable information to the Haz-Mat response team. We have been administering these programs since 1986.
