Bids must be sealed and returned to the Purchasing office prior to the due date listed. Faxed or e-mailed bids are not acceptable.
Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance prior to performing work on city property. Insurance requirements are available here. All vendors must complete and submit a taxpayer identification form, which is available here, prior to issue of a purchase order.

Bid Results
Preliminary bid results are listed below. All bids are subject to verification of responsiveness. The lowest responsive bidder will be recommended for award by City Council approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the bid due date. Results will be posted approximately one week after the bid due date and remain posted for 30 days.
