FPPC Regulation Gift Ticket Distribution - Form 802
On April 6, 2009, the City’s Administrative Procedures and Ticket Policy was adopted and is in compliance with the provisions of Regulation Section 18944.1 of the Fair Political Practices Commission. This policy ensures that all tickets the City receives from public or private entities and individuals are distributed as set by policy and disclosed within 30 days after distribution of tickets
