Background and Experience
Ms. Rossini is a Assistant City Attorney in the General Counsel Group. Ms. Rossini defends the City in civil litigation cases involving tort claims, civil rights violations, dangerous conditions on public property, and breach of contract. In addition, she shares responsibility with the other attorneys in the office for Public Records Act requests, Pitchess motions, and subpoenas. Ms. Rossini joined the City Attorney's Office in 2006.
Previously, Ms. Rossini worked as a civil litigator in private practice.

Ms. Rossini is admitted to practice law in California, before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Rossini is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the William J. Ferguson Inn of Court.

Ms. Rossini received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1998.
