Municipal law, redevelopment, housing and transactional contract work for the Community Development Agency and the Public Works Agency.
Background and Experience:
Ms. Storck presently
serves as Assistant City Attorney in the Advisory Group and
regularly attends and counsels the Community Redevelopment
and Housing Commission, the Human Relations Commission and
the Environmental Transportation Advisory Committee. She provides legal assistance on such issues as redevelopment, housing and contract issues. She
advises clients on issues such as the Redevelopment Law, Public
Records Act and the Brown Act, and prepares legal opinions
and transactional documents including leases, loan documents,
cooperative agreements, contracts, resolutions and ordinances.
Prior to working with the Advisory Group, Ms. Storck acted as the prosecutor for Santa Ana municipal code violations for five years.

Storck graduated with Honors in 1990 from Western State
University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal
Justice from California State University at Fullerton in
1987.
