Feb. 5, 2015 Independent Selection Process (Lottery) Results, updated August 2016:
Annual Qualified Registration Application Renewal (Waitlist) - Qualified registration applicants that are on the waitlist must notify the City of their continued interest in maintaining their status on the registration application waitlist. Applicants must submit their renewal requests via written communication delivered to the Planning Division. Renewal requests for each year-long period must be received between January 1 and March 15 each year. There is no fee to process a renewal. Click here for a sample registration renewal letter to send by mail to the Planning Division.
2017 Updated Wait List - Note: The position of a Collective on the waitlist is dependent on both the location where the collective is proposed and its wait list number. Should additional locations become available in the future, individual Collectives will be notified directly by the City.
New Registration Applications (Medicinal Cannabis Only) - The City will accept new applications annually between April 1 and April 30 to be placed on the waitlist. Required applications, checklists, and materials may be found in the "Additional Documents and Information" section on the right-hand side of this page. The City will not be holding a new lottery. As such, new applicants will be placed on the waitlist in the order in which the applications are received.
